Returns Policy

We dont accept returns due to the
fact that you changed your mind. Please note if the package is damaged during transit then the responsibility lies with our shipping company. We will handle the claim for you as we need to be reimbursed the cost price of the item, and when we are reimbursed that figure, we will then send you out a brand new item. Therefore the time frame will depend on the shipping company and how long they take to reimburse the damaged goods. If your package is damaged please note this on the consignment note if possible, but if the damage has occurred inside the box and you only find out later then email us as soon as possible at returns@directfitnesswarehouse.com.au.

If you have altered the products by applying chemicals
or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the product in any way
that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own they
will not be accepted for return. When intending to return a product it must be
kept in good condition, the same condition as it was delievered. Please note
that if the product was boxed then it must be returned in that same box and
packed to the best of your ability ensuring that it does not get damaged in
transit especially if it is already damaged.
